Mayor Lane called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 6:15 p.m. in the City
Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA
Glenn Kennedy Glenn Kennedy, West Covina resident, expressed his support of
the police department.
Houston Clements Houston Clements, President of the WC Police Officer's Assoc.,
commented on salary negotiations.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Lane commenced the closed session at 6:25 p.m. to discuss
the following matters:
