SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
June 5, 2007
Mayor Touhey called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 6:35 p.m. in the
City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

Recess Mayor Touhey recessed the special meeting at 7:10 p.m. in order
to convene the regular City Council meeting in the Council
Chambers. The special meeting reconvened at 9:40 p.m. to further
discuss matters.
ADJOURNMENT Mayor Touhey adjourned the meeting at 10:00 p.m.
