SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
December 5, 2006
Mayor Touhey called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 6:00 p.m. in the
City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Touhey, Mayor Pro Tern Lane
Councilmembers Hernandez, Sanderson (arrived 6:30 p.m.)
Absent: Councilmember 1-lerfert
Others Present: Pasmant, Alvarez-Glasinan, Fields, Solenger, Rabbino
PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA
Larry Rotweiler, representing Super Lincoln Mercury Mazda,
offered to answer questions by City Council and stated that
acquiring the paint store was essential to their expansion and future
success of the business.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Touhey commenced the closed session at 6:05 p.m. to
discuss the following matters:
