Mayor Herfert called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 6:03 p.m. in the
0 City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

City Council regarding the property at the southeast corner of West
Covina Parkway and West Garvey Avenue south of the Civic
Center
