SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
May 2, 2006
Mayor Herfert called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 6:10 p.m. in the
City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA
Mike Miller, West Covina resident, stated that discussing Shadow
Oak Park in closed session was premature and possibly illegal.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Herfert commenced the closed session at 6:15 p.m. to
discuss the following matters:
