SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
February 21, 2006
Mayor Sanderson called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 6:15 p.m. in the
City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Sanderson, Mayor Pro Tern Herfert
Councilmembers Hernandez (arrived at 6:20 p.m.), Lane, Touhey
Others Present: Pasmant, Alvarez-Glasman, Chung, Lee, Semblantes, Fields
PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA
Henry Melendez, Dynamic Business Holdings, assured the City
that the financing is in place for the development of the Dynamic
Development at the Civic Center.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Sanderson commenced the closed session at 6:20 p.m. to
discuss the following matters:
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS

Property: 1444 West Garvey Avenue South
Agency Negotiators: Pasmant, Alvarez-Glasman, Chung, Lee
Negotiating Party: Dynamic Business Holdings Inc.
Under Negotiation: Both price and terms of lease
