• Mayor Sanderson called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 6:00 p.m. in the
City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

CLOSED SESSION Mayor Sanderson commenced the closed session at 6:05 p.m. to
discuss the following matters:
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS
Pursuant to Government Code & 54956.8
Property: 1444 West Garvey Avenue South
Agency Negotiators: Pasmant, Alvarez-Glasman, Chung, Lee
Negotiating Party: Dynamic Business Holdings Inc.
Under Negotiation: Both price and terms of lease
ADJOURNMENT Mayor Sanderson adjourned the meeting at 6:40 p.m.
