Mayor Pro Tern Wong called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 6:10 p.m.
0 in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA
Henry Melendez, Dynamic Business Holdings, Inc., in regards to
the property located at 1444 West Garvey Ave. So., requested an
extension to the ENA in order to give him time to resolve the
parking issues with the County.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Pro Tern Wong commenced the closed session at 6:15 p.m.
to discuss the following matters:
