WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
March 7, 2005
• Mayor Miller called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 7:35 p.m. in the
City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina. Meeting was
held concurrent with the Community Development Commission special meeting.

Councilmembers Herfert, Hernandez and Wong
