SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
March 1, 2005
Mayor Miller called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 5:57 pm in the City
Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Present: Mayor Miller, Mayor Pro Tern Sanderson (arrived at 6:15
p.m.), Councilmembers Hernandez and Wong
Absent: Councilmember Herfert
Others Present: Pasmant, Fields, Alvarez-Glasman, Gorman, Chung, Lee
PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA
John Scheuplein, West Covina resident, stated a concern with the
delay of the City Manager's evaluation and voiced support for the
Dynamic project at the Civic Center.
Henry Melendez, Dynamic Reality, stated that he has made a
number of changes to the architectural and landscape designs and
requested an extension to the ENA.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Miller commenced the closed session at 6:07 to discuss the
following matters.

ADJOURNMENT Mayor Miller recessed the meeting at 6:55 p.m. to conduct the
regularly scheduled City Council meeting in the Council
Chambers. Meeting was adjourned at 11:45 p.m.
