SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
December 7, 2004
Mayor Miller called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 6:10 pm in the City
Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Present: Mayor Miller, Mayor Pro Tem Sanderson,
Councilmembers Hernandez and Wong
Absent: Councilmember Hertert
Others Present:
Pasmant, Alvarez-Glasman, Fields, Leonard, Samaniego
PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA
Henry Melendez, Dynamic Business Holdings, Discussed the
changes that were made to the architectural style of his project at
the Civic Center and requested that the City Council consider a
purchase instead of a ground lease for his project.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Miller commenced the closed session at 6:15 pm to discuss
the following matters:

Recess Mayor Miller recessed the special meeting at 7:03 .m. to conduct
the regularly scheduled City Council meeting in the City Hall
Council Chambers. The Special City Council meeting reconvened
in the Council Chamber side room at 12:25 a.m. to finish
discussion regarding real property negotiations at 1444 W. Garvey
Avenue South and to discuss the following item not previously
discussed.
