SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
September 21, 2004
Mayor Miller called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 6:12 pm in the City
Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

Councilmembers Herfert, Hernandez (arrived at 6:30 p.m.), Wong
Others Present: Pasmant, Alvarez-Glasman, Fields, Hoppe, Joe Manzella
PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA No comments offered.
CLOSED SESSION Prior to convening in closed session, the City Attorney announced that one
issue, Conference with Legal Counsel -Existing Litigation pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(a), Keith Ehlers vs. City of West
Covina, would not be discussed. Mayor Miller commenced the closed
session at 6:12 pm to discuss the following matters
