Mayor Miller called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 6:40 pm in the City
Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

Councilmembers: Herfert, Hernandez, Wong (arrived at 6:45 pm)

CLOSED SESSION Mayor Miller commenced the closed session at 6:40 pm to
consider the following matter:

The closed session concluded at 6:55 pm.
