SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA.CITY COUNCIL
July 20, 2004
Mayor Miller called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 6:45 pm in the City
Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Miller, Mayor Pro Tern Sanderson
Councilmembers Herfert, Hernandez, Wong
Others Present: Pasmant, Alvarez-Glasman, Bachman, Fields
PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA No comments offered.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Miller commenced the closed session at 6:45 pm to
consider the following matters:
CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS:
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6
Agency Designated Representatives: Fields, Hoffinan, Bachman
Employee Organizations:
* West Covina Firefighters' Association, Local 3226
* West Covina Police Officers' Association
* West Covina Police Management Association
The closed session concluded at 7:07 pm.
ADJOURNMENT Mayor Miller adjourned the meeting at 7:07 pm.
