SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
JUNE 15, 2004
Mayor Miller called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 6:43 pm in the City
Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Miller, Mayor Pro Tern Sanderson,
Councilmembers Herfert, Hernandez, Wong
Others Present: Pasmant, Alvarez-Glasman, Gorman, Fields
PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA No comments offered.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Miller commenced closed session at 6:43 pm for the
matters listed below. Councilmember Wong stated that he would
abstain from participating in the discussion regarding Valencia
Heights Water Company. He has one share in the company and
the conflict of interest laws requires him to abstain. He left the
conference room for that item.
