SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
February 17, 2004
Mayor Pro Tem Miller called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 6:18 pm
in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Herfert (arrived at 6:30 pm), Mayor Pro Tern Miller,
Councilmembers Hernandez, Sanderson, Wong
Others Present: Pasmant, Alvarez-Glasman, Bachman, Durbin
PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA No comments offered.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Pro Tern Miller commenced the closed session at 6:18 pm
for the following discussions:
