SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
February 3, 2004
Mayor Herfert called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 6:20 pm in
the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Herfert, Mayor Pro Tern Miller
Councilmembers Hernandez, Sanderson, Wong
Others Present: Pasmant, Alvarez-Glasman, Fields, Hoffinan
ANNOUNCEMENT City Attorney Alvarez-Glasman announced the scheduled
items for closed session discussion in compliance with
Brown Act requirements, referring to the special meeting
agenda.
PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA No comments offered.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Herfert commenced the closed session at 6:25 pm
for the following conference; however, Councilmember
Miller excused himself from the room at the time attention
was turned to the management employees:
