Mayor Herfert called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 6:33 pm in the
City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

citation given to one of her neighbors.

neighbors complaining about his parked truck.
Mayor Herfert commenced the closed session at 6:36 pm to discuss
