SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
JUNE 3, 2003
Mayor Herfert called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 6:45 pm in the
City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

CLOSED SESSION Mayor Herfert commenced closed session at 6:45 pm to consider
the following matters:

Recess Mayor Herfert interrupted the closed session at 7:20 pm to conduct
the regularly scheduled Council meeting downstairs in the Council
Chambers. The City Council reconvened at 10:40 pm to finish the
following closed session item:
