SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
January 21, 2003
Mayor Touhey called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 6:07 pm in the
City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Touhey, Mayor Pro Tern Herfert, Councilmembers Miller
and Wong
Absent: Councilmember Sanderson
Others Present: Pasmant, Alvarez-Glasman
PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA No comments offered.
CLOSED SESSION Although the following item was scheduled for discussion, the City
Council did not discuss it at this time and deferred it to another
future closed session.
