Mayor Touhey called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 6:15 pm in the
City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

Sanderson, Wong

CLOSED SESSION Mayor Touhey commenced the closed session at 6:15 pm to
consider the following matter:
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS
Pursuant to Government Code § 54956.8
Property: NW corner of Cameron/Lark Ellen Avenues
Agency Negotiators: Pasmant, Alvarez-Glasman
Negotiating Party: AT&T wireless Services
Under Negotiation: Price and/or terms of payment
The discussion concluded at 6:16 pm.
