Mayor Touhey called to order the special meeting of the West Covina Redevelopment Agency at 6:05
pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

CLOSED SESSION Mayor Touhey commenced closed session at 6:05 pm for the
purpose of discussing the following matters:

Significant exposure to litigation: two potential cases.
PERFORMANCE EVALUATION

Recess Mayor Touhey recessed the special meeting at 7:20 pm to convene
the City Council for the regular meeting in the City Hall Council
Chambers. At 9:30 pm the full City Council reconvened in the
City Manager's Conference Room to continue the closed session,
addressing the following issues:
