SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
JULY 16, 2002
Mayor Touhey called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 6:25 pm in the
City Manager's Conference Room, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Touhey, Mayor Pro Tem Herfert, Councilmembers Miller
and Sanderson
Absent: Councilmember Wong
Others Present: Pasmant, Fields, Alvarez-Glasman, Hoppe, Colvin, Godfry
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Touhey commenced the closed session at 6:25 pm to
discuss the following matters:

* Robert Mendoza vs. City of West Covina

The closed session concluded at 6:55 pm.
ADJOURNMENT Mayor Touhey adjourned the meeting at 6:55 pm.
