SPECIAL MEETING
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
APRIL 16, 2002
Mayor Touhey called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 6:00 pm in the
City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Touhey, Mayor Pro Tem Herfert, Councilmembers: Miller,
Sanderson, Wong
Others Present: Pasmant, Alvarez-Glasman, Fields, Docimo, Adams
PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA
Brad McFadden Brad McFadden, former Councilmember of West Covina, stated
that he hoped the City comes to a resolution regarding the Davis'
case (Moe the Chimp). He noted his own neutral position.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Touhey commenced the closed session at 6:05 pm to
discuss the following matters:
CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR: Adams

* West Covina Police Management
* West Covina Police Officers' Association
Recess Mayor Touhey recessed the closed session at 6:20 pm to call to
order the Redevelopment Agency closed session and consider that
particular item. Mayor Touhey reconvened the City Council
closed session at 6:35 pm to consider the remaining items:
