SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
FEBRUARY 19, 2002
Mayor Wong called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 5:55 pm in the City
Manager's Conference Room, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Wong, Mayor Pro Tern Touhey, Councilmembers Herfert
(arrived at 6:10 pm), Miller, Sanderson
Others Present: Pasmant, Alvarez-Glasman, Adams, Messica, Dominguez, Fields
PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA
Ted Slaught of Hillcrest Development addressed Council on the
project his company is developing, and accepting the rights from,
the Edwards Theatre Complex at The Lakes site in West Covina.
He urged Council to move forward with the project.
