SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
February 5, 2002
Mayor Wong called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 5:55 pm in the City
Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Wong, Mayor Pro Tern Touhey, Councilmembers Miller,
Sanderson, and Herfert (arrived at 6:05 pm)

Recess Mayor Wong recessed the closed session at 7:05 pm to conduct the
Redevelopment Agency closed session. At 7:40 pm the City
Council relocated to the City Council Chambers for the regularly
scheduled City Council meeting. At 11:04 pm the City Council
reconvened in the City Manager's Conference Room to conclude
the items that were still remaining from the earlier session.
