WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
January 22, 2002
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order by Mayor Wong at 6:00 pm in
the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Wong, Mayor Pro Tern Touhey, Councilmembers Miller,
Sanderson, and Herfert (arrived at 6:10 pm)
Others Present: Pasmant, Alvarez-Glasman, Fields, Adams, Hoppe
PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA No comments offered.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Wong commenced the closed session at 6:00 pm to
consider the following items:

* West Covina Police Officers' Association
Councilmember Herfert arrived at 6:10 pm.
