SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
November 20, 2001
MEETING POSTPONED
The special meeting of the West Covina Council, scheduled for 5:30 pm on November 20, 2001,
was not called to order. Originally planned to follow the special meeting of the Redevelopment
Agency also scheduled for 5:30 pm, there was no time left before the regularly scheduled 7:00
pm City Council meeting. The City Council concurred on postponing the special meeting until
after the conclusion of the regular meeting. However, at 12:00 am, when the regular meeting
concluded, the City Council again agreed to forego the special meeting, this time because of the
hour, and that the subject matter on the City Council special meeting agenda would be
rescheduled for consideration on December 4, 2001, the next regularly scheduled Council
meeting date.
