The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order by Mayor Pro Tem Touhey at
5:45 pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina,
ROLL CALL Mayor Wong (6:00 pm), Mayor Pro Tern Touhey, Councilmem-
hers Herfert, Miller, Sanderson
Others Present: Pasmant, Alvarez-Glasman, Fields, Swink, Adams, Greene
COMMENTS ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA No comments offered.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Pro Tern Touhey commenced the closed session at 5:45 pm
to discuss the following matters, and Mayor Wong arrived at 6:00
pm.
CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR: Adams
Pursuant to Government Code § 54957.6
* West Covina Firefighters' Association
* West Covina Police Officers' Association
* West Covina Police Management Association
The closed session concluded at 7:05 pm.
ADJOURNMENT Mayor Wong adjourned the meeting at 7:05 pm.
