• Mayor Pro Tem Touhey called to order the Special Meeting of the West Covina City Council at 6:15 pm
in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS
John Scheuplein John Scheuplein, Planning Commissioner, complained that the
Planning Commission's recommendations regarding the wild
animal ordinance were not forwarded to the City Council as the
Commission had requested.
