• Mayor Wong called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 6:40 pm in the City
Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

Absent: Councilmember Herfert

PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA
The Davis' attorney, Herbert Minks, discussed the stipulation in
relation to the Davis vs City of West Covina lawsuit.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Wong commenced the closed session at 6:50 pm to discuss
the following matter:
