WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
August 7, 2001
Mayor Wong called to order the special meeting of the West Covina City Council at 6:15 pm in the City
Manager's Conference Room, Third Floor at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Wong, Mayor Pro Tern Touhey, Councilmembers Herfert,
Miller, Sanderson

CLOSED SESSION Mayor Wong commenced the closed session at 6:18 pm to discuss

Recess Mayor Wong called a recess at 7:15 pm to convene the RDA
special meeting. The City Council reconvened at 7:35 pm with all
members present. The following last agendized item was
