The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order by Mayor Wong at 5:05 pm in
the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

CLOSED SESSION Mayor Wong commenced the closed session at 5:05 pm to discuss
the following matter:

The closed session concluded at 6:30 pm.
ADJOURNMENT Mayor Wong adjourned the meeting at 6:30 pm to 5:00 pm on
Thursday evening, March 29, 2001 in the City Manager's Con-
ference Room.
