SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
June 22, 2000
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order by Mayor Herfert at
6:45 p.m. in the City Manager's Conference Room, 1444 West Garvey Avenue, West Covina,
California.

Howard, Melendez, Touhey

II. CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Herfert recessed the meeting at 6:46 p.m. to conduct a closed session on the
following matters:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Pursuant to Government Code §54956 9(b)
One case.
The closed session concluded at 7:25 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Wong and seconded by Howard to adjourn the
meeting at 7:25 p.m. Motion carried 5-0.
