The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order by Mayor Howard at 6:39 pm
in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

CLOSED SESSION Mayor Howard convened the closed session at 6:39 pm to discuss

The closed session concluded at 7:10 pm.
ADJOURNMENT Mayor Howard adjourned the meeting at 7:10 pm.
