SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
September 21, 1999
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order by Mayor Howard at
6:40 p.m. in the City Manager's Conference Room, 1444 West Garvey Avenue, West Covina,
California.

Councilmembers Herfert, Wong
Absent Councilmember Touhey
Others Present Hobbs, Martyn, Fox
I. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA None offered.
II. CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Howard recessed the special meeting to conduct a closed session on the
following matters: ._
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL: EXISTING LITIGATION
Pursuant to Government Code §54956 9(a):
A. Tiburon v. City of West Covina - Approval of settlement of litigation
regarding computer software rights.
B. Sergio Roberto Teran v. City of West Covina
C. City of Covina v. City of West Covina
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Howard and seconded by Herfert to adjourn the
meeting at 7:20 p.m. Motion carried 4-0-1.
