The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order by Mayor Howard at 6:10 pm
in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
CALL TO ORDER Mayor Howard, Mayor Pro Tem Melendez, Councilmembers
Herfert, Wong, and Touhey (arrived at 6:20 pm)
Others Present: Hobbs, Fields, Mayer, Collier, Combs, Mitchell

Mayor Howard commenced the closed session at 6:10 pm to
consider the following matter:

EXISTING LITIGATION
Pursuant to Government Code § 54956.9(a)
Sully -Miller Contracting Company vs City of West Covina
The closed session concluded at 7:10 pm.
Motion by Touhey and seconded by Melendez to adjourn the
meeting at 7:10 pm. Motion carried 5-0.
