The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order by Mayor Howard at 6:10 pm
in the City Manager's Conference Room, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

Mayor Howard commenced the closed session at 6:10 pm to dis-
cuss the following matters:

* Tiburon vs City of West Covina
The closed session concluded at 6:30 pm.
Motion by Wong and seconded by Melendez to adjourn the
meeting at 6:30 pm. Motion carried 5-0.
