SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
MARCH 29, 1999
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order by Mayor Howard at 7:00 pm
in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

CLOSED SESSION Mayor Howard commenced the closed session at 7:00 pm to
discuss the following item:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL:
ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Significant exposure to litigation.
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b)
* One Case.
The closed session concluded at 7:30 pm.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Herfert and seconded by Touhey to adjourn the meeting
at 7:30 pm. Motion carried 5-0.
