WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
February 23, 1999
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order by Mayor Melendez at 6:12
pm in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

WEST COVINA POLICE OFFICERS' ASSOCIATION
City Manager Hobbs presented the staff report.
Motion by Touhey and seconded by Howard to approve the
Memorandum of Agreement between the City and the West
Covina Police Officers' Association. Motion carried 5-0.
WEST COVINA FIRE ASSOCIATION MEET AND CONFER
City Manager Hobbs presented the staff report.
Motion by Touhey and seconded by Herfert to approve the
Memorandum of Agreement between the City and the West
Covina Fire Association. Motion carried 5-0.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Howard and seconded by Melendez to adjourn the
meeting at 6:16 pm. Motion carried 5-0. r
