SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
February 16, 1999
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order at 7:05 p.m. by
Mayor Melendez in the City Manager's Conference Room, 1444 West Garvey Avenue, West
Covina, California.

Absent Mayor Pro Tem Herfert
Others Present Hobbs, Fields, Martyn, Wills, Greene

CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Melendez recessed the special meeting at 7:06 p.m. to conduct a closed session to
discuss the following matter:
CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS: Hobbs, Shinnerer
Pursuant to Government Code 454957 6:
* West Covina Firefighters' Association - I.A.F.F., Local 3226
* West Covina Police Officers' Association
The closed session concluded at 7:40 p.m.
