WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
FEBRUARY 2, 1999
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order by Mayor Melendez at 6:15
pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

Mayor Melendez commenced the closed session at 6:15 pm to discuss the
following items:
Councilmember Wong stated that he would abstain from the discussion
and vote on the following real property negotiation because of state con-
flict of interest laws.
