WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
January 19, 1999
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order at 6:18 p.m. by
Mayor Melendez in the City Manager's Conference Room, City Hall, 1444 West Garvey
Avenue, West Covina, California.
ROLL CALL Mayor Melendez, Councilmembers Howard, Touhey,
Wong
Absent Mayor Pro Tem Herfert
Others Present Hobbs, Fields, Wills, Greene, Fox
PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA None offered.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Melendez recessed the special meeting at 6:19
p.m. to conduct a closed session on the following matter:
CONFERENCE ON LABOR NEGOTIATIONS
Pursuant to Government Code §54957.6
* West Covina Police Management Association
* West Covina Firefighters' Assn. Representing the Fire Marshal
* Non -represented group
The closed session concluded at 7:05 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
