The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order by Mayor Melendez at 6:05
pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

CLOSED SESSION Mayor Melendez commenced closed session at 6:05 pm to discuss
the following matter with special counsel Andra Greene via
conference call:
