WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL

The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order at 6:15 p:m. by
Mayor Melendez in the City Manager's Conference Room, 1444 West Garvey Avenue, West
Covina, California.

CLOSED SESSION Mayor Melendez recessed the special meeting at 6:16
p.m. to conduct a closed session to discuss the following
matters:
CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS: Kermit Francis & Steve Shinnerer
