WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
November 3, 1998
• The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order by Mayor Melendez at 6:10
pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.
ROLL CALL Mayor Melendez, Mayor Pro Tem Herfert, Councilmember
Touhey. Councilmember Howard arrived at 6:56 pm.
Absent: Councilmember Wong
Others Present: Hobbs, Collier, Shinerer
PUBLIC COMMENTS ON AGENDA ITEMS No comments offered.
CLOSED SESSION Mayor Melendez commenced the closed session at 6:10 pm to
consider the following matters:
