SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
June 2, 1998
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order at 5:43 p.m. by
Mayor Melendez in the City Manager's Conference Room, 1444 West Garvey Avenue, West
Covina, California.

Councilmembers Howard, Touhey, Wong
Others Present Glover, Collier, Andra Greene (via conference call)

II. CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Melendez recessed the special meeting to conduct a closed session to discuss the
following matter:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Pursuant to Government Code §54956 9(b)•
Threatened litigation by Erin Hoppe
The closed session concluded at 6:30 p.m.
