WEST COVINA CITY COUNCIL
May 12, 1998
The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order by Mayor Melendez at 5:35
pm in the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

Touhey, Wong

CLOSED SESSION Mayor Melendez commenced the closed session at 5:35 pm to consider
the following matters:
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — Anticipated Litigation
Pursuant to Government Code § 54956.9(b)
* Threatened litigation by John Distelrath
PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT via Conference Call
Pursuant to Government Code § 54957
The closed session concluded at 5:55 pm.
ADJOURNMENT Motion by Herfert and seconded by Touhey to adjourn the meeting at 5:55
pm. Motion carried 5-0.
