• The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order at 5:45 pm in the City
Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

Absent: Mayor Pro Tern Herfert and Councilmember Wong
Others Present: Glover, Collier, Martyn, Francis, Colen, Lebovitz

Mayor Melendez commenced the closed session at 5:45 pm to
discuss the following matters:

* Brutocao vs City of West Covina
The closed session concluded at 7:10 pm.
Motion by Touhey and seconded by Howard to adjourn the
meeting at 7:10 pm. Motion carri¢d 3-0.
