The special meeting of the West Covina City Council was called to order by mayor Wong at 6:15 pm in
the City Manager's Conference Room at City Hall, 1444 W. Garvey Avenue, West Covina.

Mayor Wong commenced the closed session at 6:15 pm to discuss
the following matters:

The closed session concluded at 7:30 pm.
Motion by Howard and seconded by Touhey to adjourn the
meeting at 7:30 pm. Motion carried 5-0.
